In my office, I send thank you cards to those who renew their insurance, thank you cards including a few business cards to my new customers, set up yearly reviews, birthday cards, anything that personalizes my services and products. People really do like to feel appreciated!

Hello! I'm the agent/owner at my insurance business which is a dream come true for me! Shelter Insurance has ranked #1 in customer service the past 2 years by JD Power and I can honestly say this company will go above and beyond taking care of the customer. That is the main reason I enjoy representing them. I serve mainly the Bedford IN and Lawrence county area, but am fully licensed in P/C, and Life and Health insurance for all of Indiana and Ohio. I'm an Ohio native and still have ties to my roots so I want to be able to serve people in my neighboring state. Customer service is #1 in my office. And if I am unable to insure you I will refer you to someone I myself would go to. The beauty of my job is I am a captive agent, BUT I can write insurance through a multitude of companies that have brokered with the Daniel Boone Agency, which works with the Shelter Company. Literally, I think I can insure almost anything. I concentrate on home and auto, of course life(you get a good auto policy discount with that!), and the health insurance market has been good to me. My business owners, Gl, and commercial rates are VERY competitive and I encourage everyone in Indiana and Ohio to come see me about some quotes! I love helping people out and this job is very rewarding.

Gossipers will always find something to gossip about, you just ended up being the flavor of the week...so to speak. But it doesn't hurt to address any issues to HR and GM.
