Hello William.  Much of my business comes from word-of-mouth and the excellent customer service that I provide.  I always try to provide a service that greatly exceeds my client's expectations and that tends to build trust.  Also, I can successfully refer professionals from outside my areas of expertise so clients remember that and tend to contact me (even years later) for referrals for all kinds of service providers.  Having an outstanding website and being known as an industry expert is also very important.
