Unfortunately, insurances with the help of our government have been able to cut doctor's reimbursement drastically in the past decade, particularly, now, with Obama Care.  Most private practices can't survive.  Trying to even brake even, the doctor must to pile up patients, sometimes double booking.  The whole premise of Obama Care is what you may have seen in Michael More's movie "Sicko", when he brought people to Cuba showing how great medical care is there.  Patients there are treated as cattle, high volume for a single provider.

For me, I invest in equipment only if it directly brings extra revenue or has proven to drive more business. There’re so many different ways to skin the cat, but I don’t see the point to pay more for same outcome. Stop cutting reimbursement.  At least keep it up with the cost of doing business. Let doctors practice medicine instead of following "Guidelines" and becoming technicians who just follow the cookbook.
