I sent in my prove the review was false, and BBB never posted the negative review.  Unlike yelp, and some others where you can only respond to something already posted.  As for BBB it seems odd that we have to pay to be BBB approved, should be a free reward of great company charactor.  Maybe fund the BBB with added advertising oprotunities for those who want it.  The basic plan should be a free credit to the charactor of the company, not a cash payment to be on a list of "qualified companies."

But we have tried most ideas, fliers, incentives, and found that perfect communication with the client lends to a great client relationship and they automatically want to help our business. A client who loves your service, communication, scheduling, and actual work wants to help keep you succeed in business. Then it is easy to ask for a referral letter, on Facebook or your web site. We like to send them a coffee card with our thank you card, (following the installation) with a referral request. Even if we didn't preform the best or there were project issues, they deserve the Thank You.
