About Us

Reasonable prices. Advice that returns value

How We Got Started

Started a company that was one of top 50 growth companies in USA and became publicly traded. That company grew to 200 offices and 10,000 employees. The company made "Inc" magazine list of 50 top growth companies in the US. Eventual buyout lead to the starting of our CPA firm. Most CPA firms just fill out forms for a living. We believe that advice and insight should be an integral part of the relationship.

I learned that people are interested in both rates and guidance(advice). They are interested in how your service provides value to them   Most of us can provide those routine services that everyone lists, but the true value is in the advice. (more) You did not mention if you are operating as a corporation or not.  If you are operating as a corporation you most likely should have applied for S corporation status. Distributions from S corporations are taxable but they are not considered payroll. Although income taxes are paid on these distributions, other payroll taxes are not paid on them.  the tax law frowns upon this loophole  in avoiding payroll taxes, so you have to be careful taking too much of your income in this manner thus avoiding payroll taxes. Your CPA Should be the one to advise you on how much of your income should be taken in this manner and how much needs to be called payroll  I would be happy to review your situation with you if you don’t get a good answer

If you have a corporation, you have a filing receipt and tax I D number. If it is a sole proprietorship you should have a name registered with the county clerk. These items should be acceptable proof of the existence of the name of the business  (more) If you have a corporation, you have a filing receipt and tax I D number.
