Food delivery would be a success.  Sites like GrubHub are a total ripoff to restaurants through exorbitant fees.  A reasonably priced model would be great.  And no I do not own or have any affiliations to restaurants... I was a Chase client for about 30 years.  When I had my small business a number of years ago, I finally had enough of their nickel and dime fees and lack of support.  I closed my account and will not go back. My first business was as a franchisee. What I wish I knew was to get a franchise attorney, not a general attorney. There were many things that should have been caught that were not in the franchise disclosure document, that came back to haunt me later. (more) My first business was as a franchisee. From my perspective, the best way to get prospective clients is to network, network, and then network.  There are many groups out there, so do your research first.  Try a google search on "meetup groups" - this allows you to select the type of group and location.
