Welcome to Midtown Cottages located in Bethel, Alaska. We are a small family run business, and because of this we can focus on the details that often go unnoticed in other lodging accommodations. We are proud of the home we have to offer you and appreciate your business, as we know that you have other options to choose from. Our mission is to provide for you a clean comfortable place to work on business or relax after a long day of meetings. We strive to create a space that will feel like you are at home whether you are hours or thousands of miles away from your own home.

Policies:
Check in 1:00 pm, or by arrangement.
Check out 12:00 pm, or by arrangement.
Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card.
Payment is due upon arrival. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or cash.
Please inform us of any cancellations no later than 24 hours prior to your first day. Without proper notice we will charge your card for the first day.
If you are not able to make it due to a flight cancellation we will not charge you for that day. We will hold a room for you the following day when possible.
We will charge your credit card for damages to the property or missing items.
There is no smoking in the house. Smoking is permitted outside 50 ft from the buildings.
Please advise us of any special needs, and we will make accommodations when possible.
