About Us
We are a local and family-owned small business in Bethlehem. We specialize in 3 areas.
We print, copy and scan blueprints and wide format documents for architects, construction companies and contractors. We print and bind spec books of all kinds. We sell a wide variety of roll paper for those who have a plotter in-house.
We work with lawyers and law firms to copy, scan and print for all their case and exhibit document needs. We also provide various binding options for court documents, including velo.
We also offer printing of business cards, flyers of all kinds, envelopes and color/B&W posters of any size.
How We Got Started
We started the company with a single law firm that had a strong need for a 3rd party service that can provide personal and confidential copying services. To this day, we still work with them and have expanded to many other lawyers and law firms that had the same need. When blueprints were necessary, we came to Cogan Blueprint. As we developed a relationship with Dennis Cogan over the years, he said he was ready to retire. Dennis felt we would be a great fit to take over and put a fresh face on the blueprint world. So, that is what we did! We are in his building and continue to print, copy and scan blueprints and then some!

We don't have any restrictions nor request any information. That's a violation of HIPPA and personal information in our opinion.

We are using it to pay for the leases on our machines, rent on our space and other monthly expenses. It will at least get us through the month of May.
Since we are "essential" and allowed to be open, we come in 2 full days per week and the other are "By Appointment Only". It helps keep overhead...

We are hoping & waiting for business/building/construction to pick back up. It's now going to be June? Who knows?

Actually, we are closed on Black Friday.
We don't benefit from being open since our line of business is not retail-oriented in that manner. We use the day to just take a break from work life as needed. Also, pretty much every customer of ours takes their time off on that day too.

In the type of business I run/manage, what I love the most is working one-on-one with my customers. Over the years, I have gotten to know them in, not only in the work-sense, but in a personal manner too. I am very personable so it makes work fun and knowing all of them as soon as they come...

I am very personable so it makes work fun and knowing all of them as soon as they come through the door. It makes me (and them) feel good knowing what their needs are in addition to making sure the work is ready and waiting.
Also, I enjoy being a family-owned company! It's just my husband and I so we work very well together.

Our business finds that word-of-mouth actually works best for us. We have had used paid ads before and find them to be not as effective. When we get a new customer and ask how they heard about us, not one had ever mentioned a paper or radio ad. It is always from a friend/mutual company/person we...

When we get a new customer and ask how they heard about us, not one had ever mentioned a paper or radio ad. It is always from a friend/mutual company/person we already work with and/or someone who has done business with the previous owner.
When you have a service and product that customers are happy with and they know you will give them that great treatment, they will continue to come back again and again. What is great about that, they bring someone else in who may not have heard of us!

We plan to expand our space and take on a new customer base. I have been thinking of becoming a notary for some time now, I think it's time to work on that goal.
