My first thought would be to create a group and invite owners- something like Lehigh Valley Restaurant Owners- that way you control the content and can post your information and it's free. Locally there is not really a good restaurant source. Most of the clients I work go directly to Restaurant Depot, Sysco, The Restaurant Store and have personal salesmen/women that come into their locations. A lot of flyers are received also. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
