We do it monthly and per need. We also keep tract of each project expenses as well as reimbursables. We use Workflowmax for timesheets, Quickbooks for accounting and expenses.

2020 was special. It closed some doors and opened others. Being in the design and construction business for more than a decade there were many ups and downs unrelated to economy or political situation. We learned not all people panic and many of them at the end of the year had more time to invest...

2020 was special. It closed some doors and opened others. Being in the design and construction business for more than a decade there were many ups and downs unrelated to economy or political situation. We learned not all people panic and many of them at the end of the year had more time to invest in well being and surroundings than during gold times. Most of the business that came our way this year was from our website and people that recommended us. We had worked hard on raising our reputation through visibility and 5 star ratings. We continued to showcase our projects through social media and are still working on refreshing our website. At the end of the year we recorded second video for Pionarch which will be launched in January as part of our marketing plan. We do not give up, tweak our business model to what the needs are and stay positive.
