In my experience, we have every client to sign a billing/payment agreement up front and acquired either credit card info or e-check info to keep on file. Usually, this prevents a late or non payment for services rendered.

I find out exactly what the customer is in need of, then I explain in depth what all our company can provide to meet that need. Should "Orientation time" need to be credited, we can make those arrangements or discounted pricing for training time. I also, follow up with the Account Manager...

I find out exactly what the customer is in need of, then I explain in depth what all our company can provide to meet that need. Should "Orientation time" need to be credited, we can make those arrangements or discounted pricing for training time. I also, follow up with the Account Manager that is assigned to the new Client to make sure the client is pleased with our services. We also explore opportunities of potential needs or changes in services provided. We want to make sure the client understands that we are accommodating to ever changing needs.
