How We Got Started
I come from a hospitality management background managing private clubs and hotels. I believe the problem solving that I dealt with over the years with both staff and guests prepared me for what I needed to accomplish and fulfill client's expectations.

First and foremost I don't recommend a specific lender.
I will typically offer three to four lenders for a buyer to speak with each of these lenders (bankers and brokers have similar product) most important the client should choose their lender based upon several conditions. Honesty, integrity and how they and their given product best suits the client.
That all being said I suggest lenders that I have worked with previously and fell comfortable and confident each would represent the client with honesty and integrity. there are many lenders out there that I could not offer as options for various reasons.
In the end it is the clients decision and they should choose their lender for the right reasons as stated above.
My suggestion is to start contacting other mortgage brokers 30 60 or 90 days out your credit is not affected adversely when bureaus are looking at the fact that you're looking for a mortgage or refinance they see that as one inquiry not as three or four.

Should should you need any suggestions for mortgage lenders please contact me directly whether you want conventional Bank conservative lending or you want to deal with a broker that might be a bit more aggressive?

Well, I would say this is all a matter of perspective. Being busy can mean several things, for me being busy # 1 means that I am working smart which then I have more time to do other activities. Such as, volunteering, Rotary, travel.

Being busy is all good if your time is being managed properly. I tend to be more productive when busy with more activities other than just work.
Always has and always will be solid listening skills and the ability to not only hear but also understand what the client(s) are asking for. Also the ability to understand and respond to questions(objections). Here again this is where listening skills will absolutely come into play.

More often than not you might be tempted to give the client the answer you think they are looking for . You would be better off asking another question so you might have a better understanding of that particular question.
I am a believer that the client isn't looking for lip service they are looking for your knowledge and overall strength of your market. First and foremost be honest with your client they will appreciate honesty over lip service.Nothing wrong with saying I will get back with you.
It is essentially, all about earning the trust and if this is accomplished then you will likely have an advocate and a raving fan and cheerleader for the continued growth of your business.
I've been licensed since 1998 and this has certainly proven to be a good formula for myself.
Keep it simple be honest and offer honesty and your knowledge, this will make you a highly sought after professional.
