It's time to take back our country before it's too late. Our economy has been hurt enough. In ND we are known for our work ethic, but you drive down the street all you see is help wanted signs. Where did the work ethic go? I'm having to turn lots of work down because I can't find employees. Let's get back to work and make America great again, again. Thank you
Honestly I wish I had answer for you. I use the local state job service, local websites and word of mouth. This year seems to be really tough to find help, I have actually hired three guys just have them not show up on their first day, no phone call, no text just total disrespect. I am happy to...

This year seems to be really tough to find help, I have actually hired three guys just have them not show up on their first day, no phone call, no text just total disrespect. I am happy to say I have a full crew now so the season is looking up. I wish all business owners good luck and happy landscaping.
In the spring I like to mow mine about 2.5 inches or less to show the new green grass, as it gets warmer I move it up to as high as 3.5 inches, I live on a 2 acre lot with no sprinklers. I have found that mowing it taller helps retain moisture and keeps the weeds under control. I hope this helps...
