I owned 14 ventures. In 2017, I founded and ran my own IT consulting company, which doubled every year; from 2018–2021, the business grew around 7x in revenue and team size.
I designed the processes, removing manual work and refusing to keep the important things in people's heads.

In 2022, I started as a Fractional COO, and I kept the same thing: an owner with a great business, a small team, and a company that could not move without him. He did sales because nobody else could. He answered every question because nobody else knew the answer. He was tired of repeating himself.

And the owner is the one who really sees that AI could help in business, but the team is still doing things the same way, using simple services from time to time.

Today we scale 'owners', helping them build the business they want, a business that does not depend on the owner and can run even when the owner is on vacation for 2-4 weeks.
