How We Got Started

In 1994 with a construction background, I decided to get into the forensic side of construction i.e. the inspecting for defects and deficiencies in the home or commercial building. I wanted to provide the buying public with a professional consulting service to disclose the material condition of a home so they can make the best informed decision. Over the last 23 years, I have gone to great lengths to obtain nationally recognized credentials so I can offer my clients the most qualified and competent services.

I am not a "tin foil" hat person, but this damn pandemic has been a sham and is just a continuing of the "gutting of the fish" and we are the fish. The reason I know this article is true, is because I have personally experienced this. I got my application in right on time. Then, I was declined, of course, due to a lack of money, but oddly enough, the bank said I also lacked information. So, back to the accountant to dredge up more documentation, that of course, was not required originally. Huh,,, makes one think, "why more info now"? So again, I was delayed a while as I obtained this information. Although, it was still vague as to what they really wanted. We will see what comes of this application, but in the mean time, my employees still remain on unemployment. P.S. I am told by my employees that the unemployment checks are also not coming. In the mean time, our government officials stand up on TV and laud the steps they have taken. From my position and those around me, this is a NOT going to work and the economy is NOT roaring back because this has been another grand heist... Al Capone and his likes would be proud of such a rip off.. Euthanizing a raging economy for what???? the Flue. And OH!, this a an election year... Go figure.. P.S.S. we apparently are loosing our independence on foreign oil that Mr. Trump so masterfully made happen. How convenient.  All the best to all

A thoughtful card of thanks for the relationship that may exist. Attaching a small "something" is always a nice touch, but I think its the thought of being recognized as a benefit to that business. Specifically, attaching a Starbucks card is always nice, we all go there when we need a "pick me up". (more) A thoughtful card of thanks for the relationship that may exist.
