Talent... as there is not 1 person alive who will work with your customers or always deliver 100% to them as you will. Marketing, websites and follow up phone calls are easy but talent, dedication and consistency is hard. Thats why I tend to always pay someone more than the others, like a foreman, Pod Leader or manager to make sure everyone does their best. If I catch them slipping.... out they go and on to the next.
