About Us
We provide experiential learning opportunities to business professionals, seniors, children and veterans. We also offer consulting services in Finance, Marketing, Management and Taxation. We make available our large investor pool (Venture Capital, Commercial Real Estate, Factoring, Fix and Flip, SBA) for support of our students, friends, contacts and sponsors who are looking for help from startup to mega-million dollar requirements in all industries.
How We Got Started
After fifty years of experience in startups to Fortune 500 companies, and teaching business courses at colleges and universities all over the United States and the Cayman Islands, and building the school of Entrepreneurship at Nova University, I felt the need to share this wealth of knowledge and experience with others seeking assistance in business.

Your checkbook is the BEST BOOKKEEPING system you have. Purchase everything by check and your check book has done your bookkeeping for you automatically. At the end of the year when you need to do your taxes, you can allocate each check to the proper expense in your business. Why waste your time on bookkeeping until you are generating over $500,000.00 or $1,000,000.00 of revenue.
Your other option is to pay ALL of your bills with a BUSINESS credit card. At the end of the year make up your spreadsheet for each category and then complete your taxes. YOU DON'T MAKE MONEY BY DOING BOOKKEEPING. If you are not in the retail business, where you don't have to track inventory. Why waste your time on bookkeeping. Bookkeeping does not make your cash register ring. ONLY SALE CAN DO THAT.
Are you REALLY interested in expenses????? EVERYTHING IS DEDUCTIBLE. Keep your focus on SALES, you will be much happier in the long run.
You can always hire an accounting intern (or anyone who understands arithmetic/math) at the end of the year to separate out all of your expenses and place them in the right column on your spreadsheet. " YOU CAN'T SPEND IT IF YOU DIDN'T MAKE/EARN IT" Don't waste your time. "Selling leads to Success".
