You need to team up with those who are creative but lack follow-through. Even for some artists creativity is a product of external environment, it's their skill that puts the frame around it. The so called muse is an external trigger... for some it's a heartbreak (why most of the songs are about love), for others it's a specific environment like shower, driving, hiking etc. Bottom line is we were never meant to create alone!!! Take it from a parent... ;-)

I have 3 kids ages 12, 10 and 7 and each has a very unique personality that requires me to adjust the way I relate, interact and communicate with them individually and collectively. They are my kids, so I can't fire them. Stop acting like a boss and start acting like a caring guardian and watch those "difficult" personalities go to war for you. Every personality has it's strengths, weaknesses and communication styles. Value it, learn it, master it and enjoy the incredible results of intentional TEAM building where Together Everyone Achieves Mastery. - WHAT EXCITES ME? Cultures, products, services, people groups, specific issues or challenges etc.
- WHAT ENVIRONMENT DOES MY PERSONALITY TYPE THRIVE IN THE MOST? It is more often the environment that kills our drive rather then the daily tasks. Not every fish belong in any tank of water.

You wouldn't go selling insurance to people cleaning up AFTER the disaster... or sell luxury watches in the culture that sees time as an opportunity to chill and relax vs. produce... or present an investment to a person who's broke and fiscally immature...
But as a coach you would help a unique individual, evaluate the unique opportunity at the unique time, location and market to help them make the best life altering decisions.
