Guiding Generations was born from my own personal journey. For more than a decade, I helped care for my aging parents as they navigated the challenges of dementia, medical appointments, changing care needs, and difficult life decisions. Like many families, I found myself trying to balance caregiving, a demanding career, and family responsibilities while searching for trustworthy resources and guidance. After experiencing firsthand how overwhelming and confusing the elder care system can be, I realized there was a need for someone to help families navigate the process with compassion and clarity.

My professional background in healthcare leadership, combined with my personal caregiving experience, inspired me to create Guiding Generations.
