We provide the option of working from home or going to the office.  Either way, you are required to use a company issued computer/laptop that is protected with a variety of software.  A personal computer is just that, personal.  Our employees are expected to use the company issued computers for work and their own for personal.  We strongly encourage them not to mix the two.

The other issue that you need to address is the employees ability to work from home.  Home workers may not have an environment that is conducive to doing so, nor is everyone's personality geared towards the self discipline required to be a successful at home employee.  Some people just work better at an office with other's around them, but not family members who are bothering them, not helping them.
