From a handful of personal and professional mentors I’ve built relationships with over the years. It’s always nice to have four or five people you can reach out to. I have a spiritual advisor, and operational advisor, a business advisor, a marketing advisor and a financial advisor. Of course they don’t have these titles but when I’m struggling in one of these areas, I know who to call. I guess the point is to stay in touch with people when you leave companies or move....
