How We Got Started

I earned my real estate 'stripes' working for Franchised Real Estate companies for a little over 12 years. This "paid" for my real estate education and experience and it was time for me to move away from how 'they' operate and operate in an atmosphere I enjoy.

I would have a "professional roofer" evaluate and recommend further action. In my OPINION this roof is more "Please stop the Leaking" than it is a roof. I would have major concerns of even then insurability of this mess. WOW (more) I would have a "professional roofer" evaluate and recommend further action.  I have not experienced any of the above initiatives to apply iIn the business of real estate sales and property management.
