I used them for my first year. I make stained glass windows so I got everybody who entered glass or window in their searches, people wanted to fix their regular windows or their broken table top. About 80% of the leads were not for my business. And I paid for all those leads! The automated system for appealing a lead never gave me my money back. I tried calling and the guy I got on the phone would occasionally give some partial repayment. Eventually I stopped and they desperately tried to get me back. I told them I would come back if they made a stained glass category so I would stop getting bad leads. They haven’t. At least in my case, their business model was to kick me a lot of bad leads. I use google ads now, not something I love but at least I can present myself the right way and I rarely get a call or email from a customer who has misinterpreted what I do.
