Bank of America should not be promising elderly individuals that they can get a home loan only to turn them down two weeks before closing. Fortunately, for my client I had a great loan officer who could close her new home in two weeks. She is still there at age 92.
I will never walk into a Bank of America after how I was treated by one of their tellers. It was unethical, rude and totally wrong. What was worse was the way the branch manager reacted. Other people who were in the bank at the time over hearing what was spoken, said they did not approve how the banks employees handled the situation. Closed all of my accounts.
One of my business associates was looking to help a family for Thanksgiving l'told her I would provide the meal for the family.
It has been so tight for so many families this if all those who can give gave even just a little it all helps.

Really no change. People want good value well built homes. Most people want move in ready. They want to move outside of Seattle were they don't have to share their yard with tents and needles.

I have been doing open houses and showings homes. My builder's are building. I have access to subcontractors, plumbers, roofers, ect. Need home repairs now maybe the time. If you need help selling or buying a home let me know. Look forward to hearing from you. Contact me to save money.

We use cautions no more hand shaking, gloves are used & booties also hand sanitizer.
When going to the grocery store be sure to throw away the sanitizer sheet you use to clean the cart. Don't leave it in the cart. Be kind to the cashier it is not their or the store's fault they are out of products. They are risking their lives to provide you a service. Take only what you really need.
If we all work together we will make it through these tough times.
