We help small businesses to be successful as we produce monthly operating statements with year to date income, costs of goods, expenses and balance sheets as well as balancing bank statements, handling all payroll production and expense reporting. We force all clients to close their books each month and have them in our office by the 5th working day of each month and we have them processed and reviewed prior to the end of the month received. We have been in business for over 40 years and we serve clients in all of the south central KY area as well as in TN, FL, MI, IL, IN and AL.

Our business was started as a financial management business for retail gas service stations and was supported by all gasoline companies to insure success for their station operators who became very successful by using our systems. After the OPEC crisis in the early 80's most full service gas stations became convenience stores and most operators opened up auto repair shops and we began to serve all small businesses and professional services.
