Are you more likely to conduct business with a company advertising a well known building address, or a P.O Box address?

So much business is done from home address or PO Boxes that it would hold anything against the PO Address firm. Asking for payment BEFORE delivering or results or completing the vast majority of the work worries me more. Also firms that don't allow me to pay with a cancel possible payment method like a credit card or PayPal concerns me. Sometimes within a week of paying you might learn of extensive failure in systems and materials purchase. I want to be able to force a refund in my favor if necessary.
