Alex is a well versed construction professional, with over 20 years of experience. As he obtained his Bachelor of Architecture, that created knowledge and ability to read construction documents, this also created great opportunity to communicate easier between architects and general contractors.
As a field superintendent for the automobile industry & multifamily dwelling, Alex oversees overall field construction, subcontractors coordination, daily documentation, coordinate building inspections, production construction schedule progress, 3 week look-a-head, weekly sub-meeting, OSHA toolbox, subcontractor orientation, logistics & quality control.
As a Project Manager, Alex oversees overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception through construction and completion. He is hands-on and detail oriented, meeting clients' requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable final project.
