My goal is to hire people over the age of 30 where their priorities are more focused on compassion and passion for the category of my business, sign a confidentiality agreement and started a formal reviewing process no matter the size of my business. You are only as good as your employees. Awarding their production and creating more fringe benefits that are worthy to their passion makes them happier to unlock the doors every morning.
