S & S Home Loans has been providing real estate financing to the community for over 30 years. We are experts in purchase and refinance transactions. We offer financing for all types of real estate. We have programs for single family homes, mobile homes, rental property, apartments, and commercial properties. S & S Home Loans has a proven track record having survived the real estate melt down that started in 2007. Our goal is to always provide super service to our clients.
How We Got Started
In 1983 the big box banks made a decision to pull away from local real estate financing and concentrate more on commercial and business loans. We decided to focus on residential 1 to 4 unit properties with the goal of providing excellent service and loan products.
