Hi I'm Valarie L. Harris AKA Coach Valygrl, and I'm on a mission to teach entrepreneurs how to create powerful, soul-driven marketing strategies that work. My purpose is to help you do this efficiently and effectively using my A.I.M Strategy System and Time Freedom Formula so you can reach the ultimate goal: Time Freedom! It’s all about raising brand awareness, engaging your audience, and driving leads and sales through social media, email, and digital strategies—without being glued to a screen. How We Got Started
I started my journey in 2011 as a personal assistant, helping a realtor post homes for sale on social media. By 2012, I launched my own Social Media Marketing Management Company, and in 2014, I rebranded to Varris Marketing—a name inspired by the first letter of my first name and my last name without the 'H.' ☺
In 2020, I shifted my focus to coaching and speaking, where my passion truly shines. I love showing businesses how to thrive in social media and email marketing. Excited to share this journey with all of you!

The Mary West Network. I've been with this networking group since 2011 and the first 60% of my clientale came from that group. Super affordable and will be meeting for the very first time in Bremerton. The 2nd and 3rd Thursday from 8:15am-9:15am at the Kitsap Business Center 851 6th Street Bremerton, WA 98337 Conference Room 125. Another one is called the Westsound Networking, it's in Silverdale but right off of Hwy 3 on the corner of Provost and NewberryHill Road, in the Building with LoanDepot and Copper Financial. 2nd Floor Conference Room and we meet every other Wednesday. Our next meeting is Wednesday the 20th of June from 7:30am-8:30am FREE to attend. Huey Spheres, circle of influence will be starting pretty soon in Bremerton. Day and time TBD but the location will be the same as the Mary West Network and I will be hosting that group. It's not really a networking group but more like a mastermind group and it's Amazing and it's FREE. Being a member of that group has completely flip the script for my business The Owner of GoHuey.com is Amazing, his name is Dennis Pritchard and he is a genious. This story is all about my $87 Aha!! Moment. I have been in Marketing since 2011, with an official launch of Varris Marketing in 2012. Things started off slow, but headed in the right direction, so I thought. Year-end profit numbers came in and I only made $87. I chalked it up to first year jitters. So, with the brand-new year here, I made some changes, thinking, hoping, and praying that my year end results would be better, I mean, they had to be right? To my surprise and amazement, my year ended making the exact same amount as the previous year, $87. Unbelievable right? I suddenly became frustrated and discouraged.
I decided to take the next year off to figure out what the heck was going on, what was I doing wrong and how to fix it, because not only was my business tanking, so was my personal life. I thought offering rock bottom prices would get me more clients and it did, but way too many. I also thought that doing everything that operating a business entails would keep cost down and save money, wrong again, that just kept me working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, neglecting my clients, my home, my kids, my husband and myself. I had more money leaving my bank account than was coming in, and that's when my AHA moment happened.
I realized that I needed help, and that I couldn't do it all by myself. I finally made the decision to outsource those things that I didn't know how to do, didn’t want to do and didn't have time to do. Learning to let go of those tedious tasks, saved my Life and changed my World. Outsourcing gave me freedom, to do what I truly love, and that is to coach and train marketing to business owners Worldwide. I was also finally able to price my products and services to match the value they bring, and it allowed me to get back to providing excellent service to my clients, and get back to being a mom, wife and spending time with someone special, Me.
Final thoughts on my $87 Aha Moment, my year-end profits are no longer $87, it’s gone way up. Outsourcing is a WIN-WIN for all involved, it saves me time, makes me money, and gives me complete control of my sanity. The moral of this story is, OUTSOURCE!!

I just helped a Realtor in WA sell a Million Dollar Home. I suggested to him how to creae a Life Style Marketing Video, which he did and he hired me to do a highly targeted Facebook Ad. The results were absolutely insane. 24K saw the Ad, 1.8K people interacted with the Ad, 77 people ended up...

I just helped a Realtor in WA sell a Million Dollar Home. I suggested to him how to creae a Life Style Marketing Video, which he did and he hired me to do a highly targeted Facebook Ad. The results were absolutely insane. 24K saw the Ad, 1.8K people interacted with the Ad, 77 people ended up showing up for his open house, got 2 offers, and he just closed last Friday. Now he spend some money for the video, and then Ad but totally got a return on his investment from the sell of the home. Here is a video shout out he did for everyone that helped him, it was a team effort and where he talks about what I did comes in at 1:58.
