My contract reads pay once completed. If I'm not paid I send a letter of small claims court. It doesn't matter how big nor how small you are. If you let one client get away with this habbit there all follow through the same way. Besides I don't care how could a client is. If they don't pay or you have to chase them then there not a good client.
