In December 1990, I had a dream that would become PEQ! And I am still going strong! I am a Leader and Team Player who facilitates success and change with the ultimate outcome of thriving nonprofits, institutions of higher learning, and public/private schools. My specialties: fund development planning and implementation; training and development/teaching; program evaluation and outcomes measurement; organizational development; nonprofit consulting; grant writing; fundraising events and initiatives; Board retreats and strategic planning; writing; group facilitator; non profit marketing and public relations.

When I graduated elementary school, I listed my career goal as “having my own business.” Well, my dream came true 30 years ago when I organized PEQ, Inc. Since then, I have worked with over 80 organizations and schools all over NJ, NY, and Massachusetts. I especially believe my experience and expertise is especially essential during these challenging times at the same time when nonprofits, schools, and hospitals need in order to remain sustainable. I have ideas, vision, and creativity. These qualities are so needed in this 2020 environment!
