Digital inquiry success rates drops after 2 or 3 minutes. Think the deluge of calls seconds after you ask for an insurance quote online.

Real world is slower but still must be as quick as humanly possible. The call might have been generated from Google. So another 5 competitors are waiting in line.

If you are talking on the phone or stock taking or anything when a customer walks in your shop and you make them wait you are doomed. Maybe not this purchase but for sure the next.
