Our founder worked at multiple software firms in the Ann Arbor area as a software developer, where she learned the importance of testing first and putting software in the hands of the user. As her career progressed, she saw that the price point for software firms to engage with clients was around $150 K to $250 K per month, per team. That was just prohibitive to innovation.
So in 2019 she launched Serendip as a ways to provide high quality software capabilities to innovators of any size. Serendip's business model allows the firm to work with individual consultants OR boutique firms to deliver what your business needs.
