About Us

After being a Chef for the past 15 years, I decided it was time to turn a new page and open a new chapter in my book of life. I took the leap and began my pursuit in IT by joining SpotOn, a Financial Technology company founded in 2011 looking to help small business owners do more than just business.

Small businesses and local restaurants are the heartbeat of our communities. They are run by our neighbors, our colleagues, our friends. At SpotOn, our mission is to give these hometown heroes a fighting chance by providing software and payment solutions, supported by local and personal service, and delivered at a fair price. How We Got Started

SpotOn was founded as a digital loyalty and marketing software platform for small and medium businesses to make meaningful connections with their customers and drive revenue growth. In 2017, we integrated payment processing into our platform, the first step in creating an end-to-end solution for businesses of all types.

In 2018, SpotOn acquired EmaginePOS to deliver a best-in-class point-of-sale system to restaurants and bars nationwide. This was followed by the acquisition of Lifeyo in 2019, giving businesses access to affordable custom websites. In 2020, SpotOn acquired Seatninja to deliver the premier reservation and waitlisting solution to the hospitality industry, to thrive during the COVID-19 business paradigm and beyond.
