I am a Human Resources and Implementation Consultant with over 20 years of experience, specializing in performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, training and development and policy and procedure development. My passion is providing solutions for her clients by assisting them to cultivate their HR infrastructure through implementation, compliance, and personnel. I have held several corporate HR leadership positions in retail, finance, manufacturing, and healthcare; prior to launching KGroover Consulting LLC in 2012. Recognized as the best keep secret to the Southeast region, I am driven to do what it takes to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.

Experience working with clients in numerous industries, including trucking, non-profit, healthcare, law, and manufacturing. A native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, I possess a Business Management degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Human Resources Management from Strayer University. I am also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). I am an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management in the National, Savannah and Jacksonville local chapters.
