I have found the best way to initiate and cultivate referral relationships is to be intentional about friendships. First, be interested in the success of other peoples businesses knowing we are all out here trying to build a future. Second, lift each other up by understanding each other's business challenges and just be thoughtful about what may help. After living with this business philosophy referral relationships are no longer challenging.
