Networking, and or joining one of the Meetup groups. Getting the word out about who are, and what you do.  Tell all

Listening to and clarifying the needs of those who seek my service, then addressing them through my biohacking health modality, facilitates referrals. Taking the time to educate while working with my client or customer, enabling them to understand what is happening in their body, empowers them to recognize their own control. Success brings success all ways!

When it comes to referrals, sometimes the real problem is we don't ask for them. I mean you have a client or customer, and you are providing excellent service to them. You have a good relationship with them. They may have even written you a testimonial. We assume this person is naturally going to tell their friends and family about us. In a perfect world they will. But in today's busy world they may not think about it. They may also be uncomfortable telling people about you and your company. So, you have to ask and you have to make it easy for them. Write a script, give them a link to share, even write the face book or twitter post for them. Include a link on your website making it easy for them to refer other customers. If you are technically able to, then offer them a bonus or a perk of some kind for each person that makes it as far as calling you on the phone or sending you an email. I recently asked my clients of my online media service to tell their friends. I had asked them before, but none showed any interest. This time I offered them a percentage of new sales giving them the possibility of getting their services for free if they referred a given number of new clients who signed up with me on a monthly basis. Hope this helps, Max

I joined a local BNI networking group.  They encourage you to do 1 2 1 individual meetings with each member of the chapter.  That way you find out more about each member and what kind of clients they are looking for.   And, you do the same.   I started doing  1 2 1 meetings with my current clients and was surprised at how may of them had no idea I was looking for more business.  Referrals from your current clients are usually the best!

Being a part of a networking group that’s main focus is to refer business to each-other, I have found this to be the very best way to receive and give referrals. My group requires that we get to know eachother  to build trust and to make sure that if a member hears of someone in need of your services, you are the name that comes to mind. This is a very powerful, proven way to increase your business.

When we have a new customer come in to us from a referral we like to offer them a 1st time discount & we also discount our loyal customer who referred us a discount as well as to say thank you for speaking highly of us. But we don't want to seem like they have to sell us to others to receive discounts either we want our loyal & new customers to come to us because our service & work is exceptional & stress free while we service there vehicles with no gimmicks. We offer a loaner at no charge when it's available we also shuttle customers home local & offer finance options through other credit company's & always keep in touch through the entire repair service

there are lots of ways to build referral relationships, meeting for coffee, lunch, or at other events such as BNI, or chamber events. The important thing is to take some time to learn more about the person and who they are and how they treat people. Learn what works good for them in there business and make sure that you really open up about your self, tell them about some clients you have and stay in touch.

These are great answers.  To initiate a referral relationship, I will ask for a meeting to find out what they do, if they are a match for me or my clients, and how I can promote their business.  I have often found, if I can use their services first, it gives me a better idea of who they are and how they conduct business.  THEN, I will refer them to my clients.  First and foremost, any one you refer has to be compatible with your company core values.  You work hard to establish a relationship with your clients, so you want to be confident you are referring them to someone who will take care of them the same way you do.  I always follow up with a thank you card.  Cultivating a referral relationship is no different than a friendship or marriage.  Referrals are a two way street.  As Dr Ivan Misner writes:  People do business with people they know, like and trust.

That takes time and work.
