Given the increases in Covid cases, are you better prepared for another lockdown than you were the first time?

We tightened our belt, saved more than spent, and resolved to be more flexible about our approach to serving clients needs and even changing our offerings to meet those needs better which has kept us competitive.
This could go through to the end of next year off and on as well so we are constantly evaluating spending. Cheaper vendors, fluidity of what we offer (making it easier to access), etc.
