70% of our new clients actually come from Alignable. Here's how we do it

This is a fantastic protocol, I am impressed and sure it is very fruitful for your business. I was wondering, though, how do you find the time to tend to your business specially for a one man, one woman show? I find it difficult to find time to do everything required of me and my wife just to complete the daily tasks for our clients and serving the new clients with new websites I can't imagine how we could spend much time in the forums, etc.

Ah ha! Jim you've caught us! Jenny and I are tapped into some of the largest national networks when it comes to our vertical. First and foremost, we HAVE to have the most up-to-date and extensive education. So we focused on partnering with providers that have access to what we need. After securing our information and ensuring we can actually do a good job for our clients, we pushed our brand out. After achieving so much growth, we obviously had to start hiring relationship managers in. A study at some university shows that the max amount of people you can confidently maintain a relationship with is 150. So once we grew over 400 we knew we needed to start hiring. Our advisory now has 4 members, however, we have access to over 1000+ consultants and firms nationwide.
This all kind of came out jumbled, but hey, I'm sure you'll get the point, hope this helps!
