My customers leave feedback everywhere: my Google Business Profile, Website, and Social Media. The best places for me are all of those places, as that's where my customers hang out and spend their time. I prefer they leave feedback everywhere to be honest. The greater the variety, the greater the chance of being seen. Not to mention, a certain level of consistency and pattern can be seen across the board as a result of customers posting reviews across multiple platforms. That helps establish credibility and trust :)
