Quite frequently, in our area, agents will have home buyers seminars.  Perhaps you could partner up and attend one of these seminars so you can introduce yourself and explain the importance of a home inspection? I really enjoy working with both but there is really something special helping buyers purchase their first home.  Also, with my expertise and previous 20+ years in the mortgage industry I am able to provide some additional knowledge and guidance.
