Word of mouth is slow but the best, facebook is cheap advertising works great if you are on facebook, website a must, people love deals, and good value for what they get. When I saw FAT services come up I was confused as to what it ment and honestly a little insulted. I asked a few people at the Pub what they thought and the same 90% chance they would not open and email or would take offence. Maybe don't use a short form would be better.
