I always check TripAdvisor prior to making the booking for my clients. I rely on the site to provide me with a more realistic view of the hotels or services, particularly when I am not familiar with the destination or the property.

I highly recommend Quickbooks online. I used the software when I was the VP of Finance for a non-profit association. It's easy to reconcile income and expenses. You can prepare invoices, month end and year end reports with a click of a button. Their tutorials and customer support were very...

You can prepare invoices, month end and year end reports with a click of a button. Their tutorials and customer support were very helpful too.
Like Erik, I used Stripe in the past and found it to be very user friendly. I also like Beamstream, an eMerchant service I used while I was the VP of Finance of a non-profit organization. Their fees are low, great reporting capabilities and excellent customer support.
