Very often there is something they forgot to tell me or something they didn't know I can do. Depending on the time involved and if I'm not running behind I might throw it in (free bee) At the end of the job I'll ask for a letter. I keep every ones name and address. I send everybody a christmas...

When a customer write's a letter or a review it is normally about my charactor, how I conducted myself. I was always on time. Each day I cleaned up after myself. I express myself with respect.
