I'm a proponent of having one vendor providing multiple services. The vendor obviously needs to provide services which are of comparable to competing vendors, both in quality and price. It allows the vendor to know the business in a deeper way and provide solutions that are broader in scope and meet the businesses goals and objectives. The business gets a partner in a efficient manner.

The most time consuming task for my business that is not income producing is paper pushing, whether electronic or actual physical paper. Information is coming in constantly that needs to be disseminated to keep projects moving forward. Questions come in from staff and clients that need to be addressed. Individually none of them take much time, but collectively the time adds up and keeps me away from generating income.
