The Locksmith Scams is a national problem affecting reputable locksmith companies. If you don't know or have heard about these scams, click here.
They use every type of social media, from Facebook , Linkedin and even here at Alignable. Here is a link to one their Alignable pages. If you take a look at their website it takes them to 24/7 Locksmith which is a know scam company. Here is the BBB Link . They grab addresses close to other real locksmith shops and when you Google them, you may click on their contact info. These companies do not have locksmith licenses, business licenses or even real locksmiths. They show up in a car and drill of locks and intimidate you into paying three or four times what the cost of what it should be. It's really sad that real locksmiths are going out of business because of these guys and nobody seems to be able to do anything about it. I guess we can only keep warning potential victims.
