How We Got Started

After many years of making money for other businesses, Nancy struck out on her own in 1995.

With a background in Marketing and System Analysis, Nancy believes small businesses drive economies and so Seeger Consulting Inc. was born in 2011. It grew from the trials and experience of several previous small businesses. Some that grew, and some that failed.

But the systems that worked all came together after directing the Alberta/Sask. Chapter of Young President (YPO) and World Presidents Organizations (WPO). Spending 5 years with over 400 of Alberta's top business leaders in event, educational and forums changed her perspectives on business and growth.

Seeger Consulting Inc. launched to focus on small businesses' growth. As a Certified Digital Marketer and Keap Ignition Partner, Nancy focuses on educating and simplifying technology for small business owners. (Keap Ignition Partners are the partners that Keap uses to run their academy, training and business promotions)

Always - Leaders don't expand an industry or a company without supporting change.  How you stand out is by doing things in a way that is more/better/faster/etc.   and the cycle of innovation happens whether we participate or not.  But you cannot lead from behind - ask Kodak, or blockbuster. Barbara are you asking for a recommendation for a person to do social media marketing for your company?  If so I would ask you to define what exactly you are looking for.  Social Media Marketing means a lot of different things to different people.  And it would be irresponsible of me to recommend... The networking platform would have to be interactive to be fun....  real time and very focused.  Otherwise it is a static list of members that would be hard to search through. It is a tool like all CRM's. Whether or not it is a good fit for your business depends on: 1) Your business goals and processes. 2) What implementations you need - WordPress, accounting software, eCommerce sites, sales reports. 3) Your budget, for the licence, implementation, and maintenance.... Then look at what value that is too your company - how much time can it save versus cost to implement. Then choose the tool that fits. Like all tools they only work well when you work them. If you implement the wrong tool, then it won't be worked and it will be more expensive. Some are more expensive to set up and maintenance goes down. But first start with the way you work and make sure to find the tool and implementation that meets those goals.
