Over the years I've figured out when to contact my clients over the busy Christmas and New Year's season. This is my time to thank them and to respect my client’s needs for less noise, instead of more noise.
Everyone needs time off to recharge and to spend time with family and friends. My IT business can and does help our clients on weekends so they can have that time for themselves. However, it is important to me that I and my staff also have time off (sometimes not during a weekend ;)).
