We remotely and proactively monitor client networks and computers. This gives us insight into those networks, provides the ability to keep machines maintained and up-to-date, and proactively stay ahead of issues and resolve them remotely – often without the need to go out to our client’s office.
When a problem is detected on a machine, an alert (or “ticket”) is created and classified based on severity, problem type, etc., helping us to prioritize and identify critical vs. non-critical issues. Usually, we are able to identify and solve issues before the client even realizes there’s a problem.
